BROKER CREDIT GUIDELINES
Applicants must have a 660 Equifax Score or higher with at least 3 open trade accounts for minimum of 36 months.
Applicants must have or have had an installment loan for a minimum of 2 years.
Debt to income ratios cannot exceed 45%.Housing allowance can not exceed 34%, which includes house payment and park lease payment.
Applicants must have one year at current job or two consecutive years in the same line of work as the current employment. If self employed, the applicants must be able to provide 2 years of tax statements with schedules to verify income.
There are no stated income programs available, all loans are fully documented.
The applicant and co-applicant must reside in the home to be refinanced.
Cash out or consolidation requires a minimum Equifax score of 700.
We require a minimum of 5 years from the discharge date of a bankruptcy, repossession, foreclosure and charge offs.
Applicant can not be in credit counseling and/or in a debt repayment program.
All tax liens, judgements and collections must be paid in full, collection activity can not exceed more than $1000.
All credit declines are final.
Debt to income declines will be reviewed if additional income is provided by Broker.
